Dr. Denise Richter presented “Climate Change is Real: What You Can Do to Help Get Our CO2 Emissions to a Safe Levels” on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020 via Zoom coinciding with Bihl Haus Art’s current exhibition “Hot Pursuit: A Visual Commentary on Climate Change” by Sabra Booth. In her talk, Richter addressed the clear and present danger of the climate crisis, “which is going to dwarf coronavirus if we don’t get a handle on it. The safe level of CO2 in the atmosphere is 350 ppm; we just surpassed 415 on July 4,” she said.
